Interview with Innar Liiv, Tallinn University of Technology


The interview discusses the Estonian government’s innovative use of information technology, Innar’s work in computational social science, and how data can be used to develop and manage government policy. Issues related to privacy and social media are explored, including the relationship between the citizen benefits of data based services and their privacy concerns.
